  2. Many people can keep shredded with carbs like bread. It’s as you said, whatever works best for you. Those with metabolic disorders may need to fix the gut first before attempting fasting, adding lots of movement to the day. Bulletproof coffee would definitely help with the fasting for those struggling.

  3. Did you have to not eat fruit first?? And then eventually you could eat fruit or was it from fasting the fruit doesn’t kick you out?

    Can I just eat fruit veggies and meat and get into ketosis ?? Thank you:)

  4. I did strict keto combine with intermittent fasting for over a year, didn’t lose much weight at all, I was also monitoring my keto level as well. Not sure what went wrong

  5. I prefer no food, er anything but black coffee, water with salt when needed and tea only when fasting. Bulletproof coffee makes me hungry. Im so accustomed to fasting, i no longer feel hungry.

    Plus, the research is variable on bulletproof coffee taking you out of autophagy. But if it works for you, great!

  6. Too many how I feel loves, why not go and get yourself checked by a good doctor whom you trust?
    For example, I continue to have nocturia despite my successful intermittent fasting.

  8. Zuzka what are can eat to get energized for do my exercise at home, I awake very early to work and I tried to exercise in the afternoon but sometimes 🎉feeling tired 🥱.

  9. I have done the intermittent fasting and I have lost more than 20 kilogrammes in 10 months.
    As a Greek I eat Mediterranean food.
    The only thing I have not figured out yet is – HOW to go back to a work out routine with the children.
    I am a petite sized but my defined muscles are gone. 😵‍💫
    And I just (somehow) don't find the RIGHT time to work out. 🙁

  10. There are so many conflicting reports on how to truly trigger autophagy and how long it takes to kick in – there are so many 'experts' out there who profess to know. The point is that science isn't there on truly knowing the ins and outs of autophagy
