  1. I have been training for around 6 weeks now I'm 39 have no real idea what I'm doing I just watch YouTube videos for exercises, I work 13 hours per day don't get alot of time to spend in the gym 45 mins most 4 or 5 days per week.
Today I did triceps and biceps I usually do biceps first wait a minute or so before each exercise today I didn't have much time so I did 1 bicep rep then triceo rep and alternated like that with no rest and my arms had the best pump I've ever had although I was aching it felt amazing

  2. Hi John thank you so much for sharing your experience I'm 56 years old been working out for years I feel I am a decent shape but want to grow my arms bigger would you suggest doing one full arm workout on the same day one day a week (15 to 20 sets) or train biceps and triceps on separate days once a week (15 to 20 sets) or one full arm workout twice a week (9 to 12 sets) throughout the years I tried so many things would love to know what you suggest thank you for your time God bless
