  1. Shouldn't you be sitting still and not talking? I have stenosis at C2 and have had surgery on C3 to T1 and my blood pressure is very high. My neck makes grinding noises when I turn or lower my head.

  2. Resistant Hypertension is what I have – runs on my moms side of the family. My BP is controlled but requires 5 different meds to do it. These "tricks" may help a little but with RH you WILL need meds.

  3. Thank you, Doctor.
I was told by a Osteopath many yrs ago, about this, when l was younger, on how to lower with similiar actions.
Recently, l ended up at doc.,for high bp. First thing he asked was, "are you sleeping on high pillows' which l was. So family doctors do believe in the effects of what you are trying to communicate to us.

  4. Easiest way to lower BP is to drink RO + remineralised cartridge pH 9-10 water (but not 1/2 hour before and 1.5 hour after meals).

My drinking water is alkaline because it contains calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium salts and no clorine, fluorine.

Within 2 weeks, my BP dropped by about 10mmHg and within 4 weeks my urine pH went from 5.2 to 6.4. I am now 76yo and have kept the doctors away for tens of years. I didn't need any covid vaccine.

  5. I dont think your movement will influence the medication in your bloodstream? Only way to lower seems to me to pee it out or? I just think it is not the same as ´regular´ high bloodpressure.

  6. My b.p. is lowered sutomatically by laying down. As soon as i stand it goes up. So i lay until meds start working. Without meds ..I'm in trouble. OMAD helps lower it also to where i can cut meds in half.

  7. The easy way is to take a deep breath ,,,,hold for 7 seconds and release. Do that 4 or five times. Works for me. Actually,,I`ve been told that averaging three readings over about ten minutes is the true reading anyway.
