Day 2 ✅I got better but dang my legs are hurting 😂
Day 3 ✅ my knee ached for ever and for some reason I didn’t do belly workouts but my stomach hurts

Day 6 2019 lean legs shred : i already can do so many exercises better and for longer time. On day 1, i mostly just stared at the screen 😂
I loved the quick variation between 5 min thigh workout standing and the other 5 min on the mat. The most beautiful thing about chloe ting exercises program that it is not boring
