So, I tried using a slightly narrower grip now and thinking of bringing my arms together rather than pushing the bar up. 7,25 kg less than before but I do actually feel my chest 👍
meanwhile i avoid at all doing bench press because i hate to enlarge my chest , torax lol, alot of guys end up looking like a big round blob

I am 68 and trained for several years. I became very strong in the amount I could bench but real chest development. Recently I have had to have rotator cuff surgery and I think much of it is because of incorrect form when benching. Larger frontal deltoid growth but not chest development. Great video which is teaching me a lot. I’ve subscribed! Thanks

Watched this in the middle of my chest workout. Switched my pushups to this technique and hit failure 2x faster than normal, and HOOOOO BOY did I feel it immediately. Thank you for helping me find the reason my the middle of my chest never grew!!
