  1. At @6:43 and then again at @6:52, anyone know what (spring loaded?) tool that is? Looks like a small gun with an orange spring.

    Also, if you playback the rollover, it shows the deputy's speed at 94mph – truly incredible he walked away from that… Did not look survivable…
