  1. I forgot to mention that I had ulcerative colitis, when I stop the coffee creamers, the Colitis went away! Also I use slippery elm which coats the intestinal track. No more colitis☺️also thank you for all you do. Everything you are saying is truth!

  2. You don't go deep enough into the Oats issue. What are the numbers showing ? What are the levels in a typical serving of Oats by Quaker vs organic etc ? What levels are considered to be harmful ? This generalization is just kicking up dust to make people angry.

  3. I'm extremely skeptical of the Chinese study about plant-based foods, at least how it was described in this video. There is too little information about what the other group was eating. Were they eating primarily meat, or were they eating things like pasta, rice, potatoes, and processed foods?

  4. I don’t think anyone will say it but I think America does not like males because it has no defect in women majority of the time but bash on males reproductive system for the crappy food keep on the shelves for profits, we blindly hurting the new youth

  5. Canola oil is the absolute worst oil. It should be banned everywhere. It is not natural at all. It's a industrial oil from the rapeseed plant. You might as well use 10W-40 motor oil. Also Coffeemate has other horrible ingredients.

  6. Its like saying FastFoods are the apex of Healthy living, LMFAO!!!

THIS IS DEMOCRATIC PROPAGANDA TO LITERALLY KILL YOU, DAMN POLITICAL BACKSTABBING DECEIVERS, NO MORALS WHATSOEVER!!!

  7. Hey Doc, great video. A little just over a year ago I weighed over 300 lbs, probably 315 lbs to be more exact. I was the unhealthiest I had ever been in my life. I had gained 126 pounds in the 23 years since I was left the Army. I could tell everything was starting to fall apart for me. My knees, my feet, my lungs, chronic skin fungus, everything was in pain, swelled to the max, sleep apnea, edema. I just generally felt like I was dying. Now, I've always had some form of ED my whole adult life, don't know if it was performance anxiety in my 20s or what, during my Army time in my mid to late 20s it wasn't much of an issue. However, when I was 30, ED was really set in to the point where I tried the blue pill and had tremendous success with it. I had 5 children between 2004 and 2016. But by last year, not even 100 mgs was helping me make even a slight twitch down there. I didn't know what to do, then I discovered and ultimately chose the carnivore way of eating. I figured if it kills me than my slow suffering will be over at least. It had quite the opposite effect on me. I lost over 100 lbs within the first 8 months. My waist went from an oafish 44 to a 34 and almost all of the complaints I mentioned above and other issues as well all vanished, some of them rather quickly within the first couple weeks! While I do not seem to be able to achieve and maintain a "Woodrow" on my own still, Morning Wood has returned every morning and 25 mgs of the blue pill have turned me into an absolute X-Force to be reckoned with again. I will add here that there is truth to the saying that when you lose weight you gain length back. Yeah, my wife is actually kind of a little scared of it now. That is actually a good feeling. I cannot blame the inability to "self-rise" to the occasion on the carnivore diet at this point seeing as I am in way better health and energy than I was 22 years ago when I last weighed 200 lbs. Yes, technically I am still obese, and I have to lose about 12 lbs to return to an optimal "healthy" weight according to "established science" whatever the hell that means anymore. Anyway, my two cents are as such, I am way better off now than I was last year and I am not going back. To everyone reading this : Take all of this info with a grain of salt and do your own research. What worked for me is not 100% for everyone.
