On choosing warehouses, I have exactly the 4 he showed and the auto shop just north on the same road… Add the bail bonds/nightclub a bit further north and west in Vinewood and the 5th warehouse just south of the strip club (agency valuables mission, sorry can't remember the name… getting old, I'm 55). Pick an Arcade along that route and the Eclipse Blvd garage which is a no-brainer for everyone. There's a salvage yard or 2 along the same path that shortens the time you spend on your 48 min grind for the day to fill that safe/warehouse. Agency, I choose the one near the V for the cluckin bell to spawn in a new session. The best part of that warehouse source missions "7 shape on the map" loop is the Casino and Acid lab are right along the same path, nearly enough, along with Nightclub, Salvage yard, Arcade, Auto Shop, and LS car meet. Spin that wheel (damn RP again) and boost the Acid lab production and grind on. Never run as an MC and sell, do that with street dealers and save the waste of time with being raided most likely twice, and pocket the nearly 300k a day and be happy. Cayo remains king even with the new cooldown that allows a Dre mission to be done in the mean time. Ok, done ranting on, best advice is do what's fun (like shooting tires and people while running (over people) towing missions for the salvage yard with no police getting involved).

I have a small warehouse, is there a way to sell my small warehouse just in case i wanted to replace it with a large?

My strategy is different, I tech sort when I'm there or if I'm feeling like just going there passively while grinding something else.
I have 3 small, 1 large and 1 medium
2 smalls of just crates to sell
1 small just for special (the rare cargo but I sell what the techs bring there)
The medium and large take longer to fill. So I use the smalls as "get along profit" to keep getting me cash while doing the long grind to fill the Medium and Large
Im using a mid warehouse with the 42 slots and do missions and cassino preps so i don't waste much time while grinding for the 3m warehouse

The best thing to do these days is to own 5 large warehouses, use the technicians to source the crates, then wait until crate sales are double money. If double money hits and the warehouses aren't full, obviously fill them. However, actively doing crates on the daily just isn't it anymore

i go 3 large warehouses, 1 medium and 1 small so I get maximum passive income from the garment factory. I don’t even use the small but I rotate between the medium and 3 large and they’re all staggered so I can space out my sell missions.
It's been a while since we got 2x crates. I have 28 full warehouses to sell which I did in a couple of months of grinding.
I can only own 4 warehouses at max. I’m unable to buy the fifth one, how do i do it ?

Doing the glitch is a lot of steps. I guess if you do it enough you will be able to without thinking. But I just send my warehouse techs and just source crates the OG way but using my oppressor. Throw on a Youtube video or a show you watch and just zone out and get those crates 🫡
On your cargo route, after stopping at the 5th warehouse, pop into your vehicle warehouse, upgrade 2 customer's cars and have a technician deliver them, then get over to your bail bond shop and send your 2 bondsmen out to serve warrants for more semi passive income, and it only adds a few minutes to your trip

You can also use arcade location to keep from going all the way back to ceo office depending on your location
@6:12 puts a guide out about doing crates and says he doesn't do them.
As a solo player selling in public lobbies i use 2 small, 1 medium, and 2 large.

My personal advice. Always sell in a full lobby. I dont care how long it takes. But ill pick to make a sale. If i get anything but the tugboat, i cancel and recover those crates.
With the tugboat, using ghost org pretty much guarantees you a successful sale. This is definitely worth it during double and tripple oay out days.
Considering the fact that GTA6 has been postponed for another year , I think I’ll get into grinding the WH 😅 as there’s a reason to get more money and buy more for it 😊
