  1. My levels are in “normal” range but toward the lower end for my age. At 54, I hate the low energy. Working through injuries, which at this age is almost on the regular, is extremely difficult and disheartening. Strength at all-time lows. Can’t say the TRT idea doesn’t cross my mind on the regular trying to regain some of the youthfulness.

  2. To be honest, no matter what you say there will always be people who think you’re on steroids. Like you said, when someone sees someone else that looks jacked, cut, or just huge, the automatic assumption they make is that they’re on steroids because they’re insecure. They immediately write you off because they feel envious. No one is really gonna know truth aside from you and people who really know you. And that’s fine! We don’t know you! So why make assumptions that you’re on steroids? Who the heck cares. And how does it affect my life? It doesn’t! I still gotta get to the gym and work hard to get the physique that I want.

    Nonetheless, I believe you’re natural 👍🏻

  3. Sklar doesn’t have that puffy face look or the muscles that literally look inflated with air. The reason I like watching his videos is because he is obviously natural.

  4. My biggest question is do these guys actually believe what they are saying after a while. It’s bordering an official mental disorder. Holier than thou. And this does hurt people makes them think they are a failure when they are working their ass off. But of course then they buy more product from these clowns thinking they are doing something wrong.

  5. I got tested for Sleep Apnea…test came back I have "mild" sleep apnea like you. I do sleep on my side and seem to breath fine…my wife and son have told me I snore at times, but the testing company said I didn't need a CPAP or any aid. My issue has been prostate and getting up to use the bathroom numerous times. Now on Flow-max for that, seems to be helping.

  6. I'm 66 and have just hopped onto your You Tube videos (after seeing you in the TL commercials). My "T" was around 250, so my Urologist and I decided to try Chlomid (Chlomiphene-DHEA). It's worked, my "T" rose to 450, then dropped to 380…I was told time of day effects the count. I am seeing results from my workouts after taking Chlomid (we had discussed TRT, decided on this instead). What I'm fighting is rotator cuff issues (minor tears in the left shoulder rotator cuff).

  7. Kudos brother I'm 64 I'll be 65 in May and I'm still Jack to rip and people think I'm bigger than I am because I'm cut so I look lean when I'm covered up what if I wear a tank top people be like that I didn't know you was that big I don't agree with Ronnie Coleman I don't believe h i m that he don't regret it because I got hurt and that shit is very devastating and humbling hey he's only 59 and he looks older he looks more like he's sitting there maybe 89 and I got hurt and bounce back and I definitely regretted it lifting all them heavy weights when I was young only thing was I was never on steroids

  8. Friend, I believe you can do it naturally. I'm in my late sixties and I'm very muscular and defined. I certainly don't look like you because I worked a job full time until I retired. Now, that I'm retired I can train three times a week. Like you, I've been athletic all my life, so my metabolism is in overdrive. I can eat whatever I want and do. I eat five times a day. I've overcome a lot of injuries from sports and several car wrecks. I'm 5'10 , 195 libs, muscular and defined because I work hard. I'm sure you do as well.

  9. Most people confuse consistency, hard work, and knowledge of training and nutrition, with there lazy, lack of drive and having to fit in on Sunday at he bar with there friends watching football, needing alcohol to take the edge off at the end of there day, eating for comfort. To quote Jocko Willink “discipline equals freedom”.

  10. Great video! How has the orthodontic appliance worked for your sleep apnea? Cpap didn’t work for me either and I am in process of obtaining the same device.

  11. I think that if a woman or a man at our age group 50s has low testosterone there's nothing wrong with supplementing with testosterone HRT something that you can rub on your skin to get your levels to a healthy dose for a life that's worth living I don't agree with injectables I think they're dangerous and other steroids to build muscle my son wants to get on steroids I keep trying to tell him that it could end in disaster but he refuses to want to listen to me the only thing that's stopping him is the thought of losing hair because he's already semi balding what is your advice on that
