The one in Coraline has 8 petals, is white (or maybe tan) on a dark brown background, and has cleaner lines, thinner petals, and a center dot of the same color as the petals. The flower in The Shining has 7 petals, is brown on a tan background, and has fatter, more roughly drawn petals, with crescents added to the petal tips instead of a center dot. (I think there is a faint line in the flower center, but no big dot.)
