Thank you Doc!!! You're the bomb!!! ❤

what about suplementing CDP-choine or aplha-GPC?
If im eating 3-4 eggs a day can i still suplement
upper tolerable limit form dietary choilne is 3500mg while RDI is around 500 mg so, its 7 times as much, in the end of video you said 4 times as much will not be good, and overall to much can cause over methyletion how to getn b12, folate and choliene levels right, do we just need whats is stated in cronometer as RDI, or more?
Awesome
Hi today I found a few acetylcholine YouTube you did and it was the closest to all in one place choline so I feel inclined to post today. I have myasthenia Gravis and from all the online searching trying to keep me off all doctors medications and the side effects in this search and piecing together all of these I believe my immune system is cannibalizing my choline and potassium. I have no medical training so a lot of the online search is hard for me to follow but it almost feels like greedy big pharma just doesn’t want it all in one place so it can all makes sense. When I researched the doctors medicine that was working to keep my muscles working but with yucky side effects. What I found was it forces the body to keep the acetylcholine in the body longer. One of the treatments listed is to remove the Thymus gland, in some statements indicating that MG clients have and enlarged thymus gland, but I found one that actually indicates that the thymus shrinks with age until it’s basically gone, but MG it stays and continues to work. So with all I’ve read on thymus it’s a big part of the immune system and I can count on 1 hand how many times in my life and I’m 60 I’ve been sick with a virus and I’m the only person I know that has not gotten covid, tracking back at least 30 years since I’ve been sick with a virus so I think my immune system is in overdrive and cannibalizing my choline and potassium. Throughout my life I get sick with none sharable symptoms and I keep running into common low choline that causes these searching online. To make it harder online to piece choline with MG since I can only find medication or treatments to counterbalance low choline that I see but not mentioned that way of course. I’m much better now and back off the doctor medication eating foods high in choline and potassium and days I feel I need an extra choline I do liver pills ie yard work day etc. all doctors for all my low choline always indicates not related and choline not mentioned and of course when I questioned food I can only get the eat healthier but no real advice on what healthier means for my needs. There is no online source that focuses on MG and foods, choline, etc so unsure if I’ve missed something that may be different compared fatty liver and Alzheimer’s disease research in relation with choline. If you have found it I would be very interested my fear as I age that just eating choline may not keep up and these extreme fixes may be presented to me as my options if the most important muscle stop working like hart, swallowing, breathing and there is just nothing out there and I need to know if there is alternative options for me and my family if they are the ones making these decisions on my behalf. Is there more I should also be doing now to keep me from ever needing some of these extreme fixes.
Within seconds of watching this, this guy looks so healthy and young, I believe him 10000% He has incredible skin health
Choline gets rid of oxidative stress and that its self is enough to reverse aging.
Why does lecithin (Phosphotidyl Choline) helps patients Alzheimer’s disease? Several trials were neutral in the results. You would think this form of choline is perfect to cross the BBB ?
What about the atherosclerosis risk associted with choline supplementation?
It's clear, another scam, real doctors like Robert Lustig and Ben Bikman and Rick Johnson never force you to create accounts and buy their product. Stay aware of scam, friends, this smells like one from 100 miles
I'm starting this vitamin for a fatty liver I want to stay looming younger so let's here it !!;
I believe Salmon (not farmed) is decent for choline as well
The reason we're all deficient in choline is because they spent decades telling us to be scared of eggs and liver! Lie lies lies. Those are exactly the foods we should be seeking out.
I notice your ear has the sign the right side, what's up? Doctor I am interested in your ear sign!
How do I go about getting tested?
Love this info thank you
A few years ago MIT published a report (maybe not yet peer reviewed) that indicated that the APOe-4 influenced LDL cholesterol caused the formation of an amorphous amyloid-beta in a reaction needed for neuronal health (it’s been years since I read the report, I’m shaky on the details). However, when choline is present, the same reaction proceeds as if the LDL were an APO-e3. I then started taking citicholine, which I soon changed to phosphatdyle choline. I wonder whatever became of that idea.
Thank you for sharing with us such an important info……. I want to know How much choline should we aim to get everyday….as i have a fatty liver and dont have a gallbladder
Hi Dr, Karl I came across of your channel by chance and Subscribed. Bcz you were speaking about Choline. I have heard fr, Dr. Susan Brown. I bought it from the website she recommended and I feel it works for me ( I’ve have more energy than I already have from exercising) and I will definitely listen to your advice more, though I am two years late…! thank you..!😊
Choline bitartrate*** good form? It's paired with Inositol. 😬 ????
I have a question, please. Thank you very much for the video. As a male, i have had high estrogen for several years accompanied by lots of upper right quadrant pain, and fatty liver…. i recently noticed looking at my blood results my choline has been very low for years. Under the minimum on the blood test. Could a choline deficiency cause the body to crank up estrogen production to get those pathways increased to naturally try to produce more choline? And also during the same time i have had severe peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet with no known cause. Could coline deficiency cause this nerve damage as well?? Curious of your opinion. Thanks!!!
if doctors knew in the 1930's the fatty liver can be healed by taking choline, then what was my doctor learning? And not just one doctor but a few I've seen over the years? They've all ignored my fatty liver to the point that my last blood test indicated liver enzymes were extremely high and no mention of liver function. But my cholesterol was 0.2 points above the range and I get a 15min lecture on heart disease? What about my liver?! This is just negligence from Australian doctors if they knew in the 1930 what helps fatty liver. Shame on them.
Have you ever heard of metabalomic testing? Dr Berg has been researching this. Supposedly a better method of testing. Your video just came up in my feed and so elated it did. I have gallstones and have been heavily researching and you’re the first person to discuss choline in-depth. I’m getting on it immediately! So glad I listened. Will be subscribing! 🙏❤
For some reason I think my metabolism literally broke. Gained 42lbs which refuses to budge . Keto. Carnivore, nothing 😢
Is 600-900 vit b12 level optimal for elderly 70 plus?
Reality; 50% of people have little or no ability to produce choline for themselves due to genomic mutations (SNPs) -> this proves again that all genetic mutations are harmful.
You are amazing, thank you very much
Awesome thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌀
Don’t we need thiamine to produce acetylcholine? So many people are deficient in thiamine and thiamine is responsible for so many functions especially neural signaling
Great presentation- very informative, and presented with authority.
Thank You.

But many of us in that older age group that have a stent and are taking statins are told to limit eggs to no more than three per week and totally avoid organ meats and dairy and stay on a low fat diet are stuck between a rock and a hard place. The cardiologists want to save us from a heart attack and the neurologists want to save us from dementia. You don’t address this. Does taking a choline supplement avoid the associated cholesterol problem? Is acetylcholine better than choline? Should we just give up and don’t worry about it since the medical profession is just so uncertain?
Thank you
Choline gives me extreme arrhythmia! BEWARE of choline in your diet or supplements if you have any indication of arrhythmia.
So doc, does it repair telemeres?
