  1. I do what John taught/teaches and i don't care what people say.
    For me i do at least two separate exercises per body part. I do these what he's showing now and then I'll do the cables after the dumbbells.
    I had to purchase bigger shirts because of it . Awesome!

  2. I did this workout in its entirety and got the best pump I’ve ever had. Been able to grow my delts over the years but rarely have I achieved a pump quite like this. Thanks John, RIP.

  3. big man john meadows aka mountaindog1 talking about partials years ago. Now, 2024, researches show that partials (while muscles are in stretch position) are almost the best for muscle grownth . BIG respect to you and your family, i was watching him like many years before! Your youtube videos keep the spirit alive. THANK YOU for your contribution!

  4. rear delts are worked a lot more than you think … during your trap work out … your back work out … and even the standard barbell shoulder presses work the rear delts.

  5. John I had a Larum tear years ago and I was told I have less than 5% cartlidge left. Should I do shoulder press or should I stay with cable and dumbells? Also the rep range should I keep it 10-15 or should I try to go high reps20 plus?
