I do what John taught/teaches and i don't care what people say.
For me i do at least two separate exercises per body part. I do these what he's showing now and then I'll do the cables after the dumbbells.

John I had a Larum tear years ago and I was told I have less than 5% cartlidge left. Should I do shoulder press or should I stay with cable and dumbells? Also the rep range should I keep it 10-15 or should I try to go high reps20 plus?
