  1. Paul, I'm your follower, but don't say that Transparent's isolate protein is the cleanest in the market because is not. Maybe it's good and falls within that list of good ones but, out there are a couple of good options based in Stevia, monk fruit, with a great blend of proteins (concentrate, isolate, hydrolyzed) like Natural Optimum Nutrition to mention an example.

  2. Overall Transparent labs and a few others are far better than MOST protein powders out there, HOWEVER, people need to keep in mind that; natural flavors can be highly processed and contain many chemical additives!
So unless they ACTUALLY disclose these "natural flavors" Assume that while its better than MOST, there is a chance that unwanted chemicals are in it.

  3. Simple.. simple.. simple… simple… simple… simple..😂 so simple I use 8 different supplements…. simple simple simple…. and guess what? I use who ever supplies me them for Free and whoever pays me the most money… simple simple simple 😂😂😂😂

  4. Paul, I just started taking transparent lab supplement. Amazing hands down the best pre-workout and whey protein isolate I've ever taken. The Pre-Workout I would say is the best I've ever taken. Perfect amount of organic green coffee bean, perfect amount of beta alanine and l-citrulline. I had an amazing workout amazing pumps. I've got some good games from the Whey Protein Isolate. I was thinking about getting the creatine. Should I take the creatine everyday should I cycle the creatine for a certain amount of weeks on and off?

  5. Great Info! Thanks Paul , it's great listening to first hand experience and getting informed about other supplements with multiple unnecessary filler ingredients; it adds that you have direct contact with the company and only use the one with the most transparency and most pure formulas. Awesome 👍

  6. I’m 60 and I take multi vitamin, fish oil, joint supplement, creatinine, magnesium every day. On my workout days I have a protein shake and pre workout. Make sure you take your supplements every day and maintain a healthy diet ❤

  7. Hey coach Paul , I want to be like you when I grow up . I bought the Bulk pre workout , the creatine and the grass fed protein shake and a fat burner called Kaged clean burn . Can you please explain how I can take all these on a daily basis like in what order or what can I mix together if possible ? Much appreciated god bless .

  8. I pay attention to you tube videos that have a variety of products being the best. When all your products are from the same company following an ad for the same company I instantly stay away from these products because you are just a salesman!!!!! Follow Jay cutler he knows what works!!

  9. Please discuss your steroid use. You are the exact opposite of what people need to hear. Your gains are steroids. That’s it I’ve got 40 years of workouts and am proud of my non steroid use……it IS a cheat.

  10. Thank you Paul appreciate your honesty there's people sending you things just for the quick buck can I change my routine and try the stuff that you have in front of you thank you again

  11. Would love to see the natural flavors explained more than "plant sources". Even better…get rid of them. Get rid of all the flavoring and sweeteners. People can add that themselves. Plant sources can still have a huge impact on organ function. That said, they have some great supplements for sure. Just need these last couple changes to take it to the max.

  12. Don’t listen to this crap whey protein is one of the worst things you can put in your body do your research. I don’t care how many ingredients are refined whey protein is garbage for you. Get your protein from natural foods take creatine a multivitamin , diet and workout that’s all you need

  13. 3D shoulders, bat like traps, bulging torso abs, super vascularity….. hmmmm any other synthetic "supplements" you use that you forgot to mention? common. yes you work hard, but at least be transparent. but then again u read the comments here so I guess it's irrelevant to the fanboys here

  14. Currently taking TL grass fed isolate, good product. Might look into Bulk. TL's creatine is just stupid expensive. Maybe it does work better with HMB but 30 servings for $50 is absolutely ridiculous.

  15. Thanks again Paul for the straight talk on the supplements and how to take them. It greatly helps when you post these videos. Keep up the fantastic work.

  16. 2 to 3 shakes a day there’s only 30 servants in that and it’s $59 and the 4pound is $99 with 52 serving. You would be spending over 100$ a month just on 2 a day don’t seem worth it for just whey protein. You can get the same results just by eating clean protein.

  17. Just remember, none of these products, none of them across the entire market, are FDA approved, so choose carefully because at the end of the day, you're only trusting in what a business chooses to put on a label and in a can.
