  2. I am actually passing trought something similar. My wife doesn't want to diet or exercise, but I got 10Kg over my normal weight. But not going to leave her for it 😅. So I started to diet and exercise "hidden". Fasting on the mornings and doing cardio and functionals during my breaks. Its been working and I already lost 6 Kg and went down from 25% BF to 18%
    She knows shs needs it too but says she's getting the courage to start.
    My goal is to get down to 80 Kg and 12%.
    Then, start a work to built up muscle back up to 85Kg and keep it.

    The ball is light so when he kicks it hard the ball starts vibrating and then the wind starts making it move which makes the ball move from 1 side to another

  5. People are always arguing about when to train abs though. Are you more for before your lifts or after? Or would you say it depends on goals or even just personal preference?
