At the 6:14 mark you recommend eating one protein source , one vegetable source and one carb source . I am pretty sure vegetables are considered a carb?
There seems to be a debate on whether or not carbs are even needed in the diet not alone to build muscle .

I hate to say this, but I don’t care about what I eat anymore, in fact, I actually don’t enjoy food at all, and I’m currently supposed to be on a cut for a boxing match I have in July. All I can really do is keep my protein intake up with the chicken I eat and this video kinda solidified it for me.
