  1. I'm 15 and cause im not dumb and everyone advocates it, i understand what happens when you train your body. I can do all of the hard variations through pain with good form.
    I'm still gonna train harder than before

  2. Hi! Thanks for the video. What does your weekly routine look like? I am wanting to start but don’t know where to start. I’m not chasing a body builder body, but rather a strong, lean and flexible one. So perhaps calisthenics, yoga, something else? Do you use any app or follow some personal routine? Would you mind sharing that? Thanks!
