  1. Honestly tho….its the speed that kills. I think we should have different speed limits at night. Maybe 35 or 45. I know it sounds weird. But if you hit something, at least they wouldn’t die. Also just Uber

  2. It doesnt make it any better, but its probably a good thing to admit what he did. He was filled with regret and remorse about his friend, which is one of the first times that Ive seen something like that especially with a fatality involved. Hopefully his friend finds peace wherever he is, and hopefully this will be a reminder to him that actions have consequences, sometimes unfortunate ones.

  3. Could’ve been my friends and I too many times but, we we young and stupid. This guy asks for a lawyer and then tells the cop what he did. These are the types of videos all new drivers should be required to watch. A short few minutes can be a lifetime of regret.

  4. Dear Jesus Christ I never want someones death on my soul…😥😥 I've always believed in helping others and not hurting them especially in my mid life years..May the victim rest in peace with God and his angels and may the person responsible seek forgiveness from God 🙏🙏

  5. He doesn't seem sincere… he seems more upset and angry with himself and the consequences he'll face and not so much that he lost his best friend and he's responsible for it. His tears seem to come and convenient times, then instantly stop, doesn't want to cooperate so clearly doesn't want to face the consequences of his actions, and seems more angry only when he's told HE is the one responsible, and not just by the fact that his best friend passed away.
