"If its unhappy then why bother" is all the motivation I need
If you are eating healthy, sleeping well, and exercising regularly there is a much lower chance you are emotionally unwell. The mind affects the body, but the body also affects the mind
"People are less fragile than they believe"… I returned to exercise at 50 after 15 years of almost nothing. I was very happy to find out I could still do pull ups. I also immediately gave myself tennis elbow. Get a trainer and start slow!
