66yo, plant based, super fit, exercise like a god. PSA always a consistent 0.7. Should I add a yearly prostate MRI to my preventative schedule ?
I always heard broccoli and tomato’s (lycopene) ? I eat a boat load of broccoli, kale and tomato every day .. so no cancer in my future ? It’s that easy ? Ps: you can buy a high power sulphuraphane supplement from France can’t remember it’s name, Rhonda Patrick uses it,
Just about every day I eat Broccoli Sprouts. The days I don't eat it is because I ran out and the store is out of it. It goes fast in the stores. If I buy too much at one time the sprouts can go bad. Broccoli Sprouts are always on the top of my grocery list. Also, I take a supplement called Pomi-T. It works great at keeping PSA at normal levels.
How is it the coolest part of the study if men do not have access to this super food,.Seems like store bought broccoli just maintains. If men don't have access to the modified broccoli whats the point of the video.
Just diagnosed with pc getting some tomm
Can you blend it and drink it?

My kids live broccoli, always did…. my man with advanced prostate cancer, well that's another story 😪
First of all, thank you Dr. for posting this . Broccoli Sprouts 4 oz daily will go a long ways. Also, some researchers found that adding mustard to cooked broccoli increases the enzyme (mirasonaise) that mixes with Glucoraphanin (sp), producing much more sulforaphane.
I have loved broccoli all my life, even eating raw.
"Sulforaphane … produced when the enzyme myrosinase transforms glucoraphanin, a glucosinolate, into sulforaphane upon damage to the plant (such as from chewing or chopping during food preparation), which allows the two compounds to mix and react."
Have a look at professor Thomas Seyfried from Baston College metabolic therapy clinic he will explain how cancer is a metabolic and how sugar and glutamine is what cancer feeds on
Very interesting Doc on the broccoli tests. I eat steamed broccoli with my eggs maybe a couple times a week and but may increase the amount fo times a week. I like eating the steamed broccoli and have known it must be good for people especially men with prostate issues and thats all good also eat my share of tomato sauce..
