For babies (Fast 8) they are really limited on how much they can film with a given child, so most movies have more than 1 for that purpose.
That degree of restriction doesn't really apply to these girls not to mention the significance of the role.
It would be more wise to just have 1 girl, then run the scene again.
I mean, literally, its not like they did a great job acting, tons of takes to get the best performance clearly wasn't on the mind of the director.
Run 1 IN the environment, then run another take with all green and key her in. Its that easy.
