Nice. 50 jumping lunges are quite a bit. If you are like me and night not make all those, do as many jumping lunges as you can, switch to non jumping ones for 5 then continue with the jumping ones.

Hi Paul. I am sorry, but wall sit is not recommended by orthopedists. It puts unnecessary pressure on your knees.
I find the horse stance easy due to Kung fu I could sit in that all day but aerobics lunging and squats they can be very brutal 👍👊

What is the purpose of this leg workout versus doing barbell squats, walking lunges with dumbbells etc?

I'd say your legs are lagging behind your upper body by a lot. You need to do weighted exercises for legs not cardio 💪🏽
