There should be an employment certificate to avail EPFs and other schemes. Like we can strengthen NSR. In India even if a person works at a IT company like IBM, TCS he/she considers himself/herself as an unemployed. Employment in India only means GOVT job. And this certificate should be mandatory for any job with a cap on income.
