  8. @alpinohealthfoods.Alpino's chocolate oats and peanut butter are the best. The fiber keeps my digestion happy, and they keep me full with good protein intake. Plus, they're ridiculously delicious without added sugar. Perfect for anyone craving tasty weight loss!

  9. Honestly, I've tried so many diets and whatnot, but nothing really had a drastic effect to my weight loss than fasting. I'm 5'6" and normally weigh 155lbs, but ever since I've been going on a 36 hour bone broth fast once a week and cutting my meals from 3 to 1/2 a day, I'm now at 142lbs. I've been doing this for about a month now and the results are astonishing. My body fat dropped almost 3% to around 15% currently and my visceral fat dropped from a 9 to a 6. My strength workouts showed no signs of depletion as well. My brother has been doing this with me as well and he dropped from 149lbs to 138lbs within this time frame also.

  10. Organic foods are better, but very expensive. Also, don’t we get rid of “electrolytes” that our bodies need by drinking too much water?
I love the way you explain everything to us, and thank you for sharing all this information with all of us women.
It’s difficult to know exactly what to do, because there are so many different links to how to lose weight, and what to take, but they don’t exactly give us real options as to what foods to take, because they want us to buy something or other.
    Be Safe. 🤗

  11. I am confused. In one video you claim white rice is way better for us than brown rice, because brown rice absorbs the arsenic from the ground and it contains antinutrients that stop our body from absorbing vitamins and minerals. But in this video, you're listing the best diet meal plan foods for women for weight loss, and you list brown rice as of of those foods? What gives? This is confusing as hell!

  12. Is there a reason you don’t highlight organic chicken breast as one of the top healthy proteins? My teenage son is focused on the high protein diet for weightlifting and has been told chicken is the best. That tends to be our go to here although I like all these other options. Just wondering what makes you highlight grass fed beef versus chicken. Thx 🙂

  13. My daughter is 9 months old and i spent last summer freshly postpartum and i am motivated to get active this summer. Just a concern I have with sleep. I work third shift weekends, so my sleep schedule changes twice weekly. I'm a night owl on weekends and switch it up every monday through thursday. Will this hinder my weight loss?
