My schedule was so hectic for months, within the past month and a half I've been back on a regular routine, and am so happy to see this video! Now, I must say some of these I need to go to the gym to do just because I don't have access to them at home, however; the ones I can do I home I do them to the best of my ability and strength. Hello, I have been experiencing shoulder pain and am concerned about progressing to heavier weights with the flat bench press. I have found the seated bench press to be a safer alternative. Thank you for all your videos and content they all informative and usefull
Nice! 46yo Masters competitor. I prefer dumbbell reverse incline presses (low risk on shoulders, more pec stimulus), isolated Hammer Strength cross chest presses, cable crossovers, chest dips, and deficit push ups as a finisher.

The only two exercises I do for my chest are ring push-ups and ring dips and my chest is one of my best developed body parts. Give these a try. You will be surprised how much more effective these exercises are compared to regular push-ups and dips. I recommend ring push-ups also for beginners, because there are easier regressions like incline ring push-ups. If you want to do ring dips, you should master the regular dip and also be able to perform a stable support hold on rings though. ⭕😃⭕
