  1. How about best split ever:
Monday: 10 sets of flat barbell bench press and 10 sets of EZ bar biceps curls
Tuesday: 10 sets of incline barbell bench press and 10 sets of concentration curls
Wednesday: 10 sets do decline barbell bench press and 10 sets of preacher curls
Thursday: 10 sets of cable crossovers and 10 sets of hammer curls
Friday: 10 sets of conserving chest press (to really get that equal resistance through entire ROM for both phases) and 10 sets of reverse grip wrist curls
Saturday: 10 sets of dumbbell bench press and 10 sets of cable curls
    Sunday: rest

    Jokes aside, good video!

  2. If u notice this dudes physique and look at the weights there using…there doing a push pull super set so it’s basically two excersizes in one for a total of 20 to 25 reps in total…and u don’t need to workout for no more than 1 hour of reps not walking around string at asses

  3. U guys don’t get it….everybody s heavy is different…and your muscles have the greatest memory meaning they know what’s comming and they no what to expect….if u lift 5 days a week and do each muscle group at least 3 times a week u will grow but u have to lift heavy with reps…u.
CAnt just sit don and throw your max on the bench for a set of 3 and expect mind muscle connection…super set and feel the burn and the size will come

  4. I’m a beginner and this video really helped me have a game plan when I got too the gym now . Been going for three weeks and still don’t have a good idea on what too do . Must of the time I just try all the Machine exercises and then head home .
Any feedback is greatly appreciated .

  5. I do almost all 3 days workout in one day 3 times a week, basically hitting all muscle groups 3 times a week with a fourth session for legs..is that a good plan ?

  6. I like these plan as it looks simple (hope I can follow tho 😅) also im not looking to build that much muscle. Just wanna live healthy lifestyle so minimalist is perfect 👌🏽 🤞

  7. I like your video and information but your voice over is distracting. Please research how to do natural voice over. Talk as if you're talking to a friend and not do up talk

  8. Thanks a lot for the info. This is what I’ve been looking for. Quick question though. I haven’t been at the gym in a while. Even when I was routinely working out, I’ve always struggled to do pull ups. Any suggestions about getting enough strength to do that? And, is there an alternative exercise while I’m just starting? Thanks!

  9. Coming from calisthenics because it's boring now and the visual gains are so slow and even strength gains I seem to have plateaued with so I just bought some dumbbells and a Amazon basics bench. I'm gonna try this workout and see how it goes
