    Also i have not seen Ginko billoba and cavernous tissue blood vessel regeneration specifically. Please add some references

  2. When you advise to consult with doctor, are you referring mainly to urologist or cardiologist or nutritionist?

    BTW, I standard blood test doesn't include testing for any of these vitamins.

    Magnesium 300-600mg at bedtime:
    Based on the comments, I see that Glycinate is preferred, not Citrate.
    Someone told me that you should take Vitamin C with Magnesium to help absorb it.

    Omega 3:
    What is best dosage of salmon oil?
    I take Pure Alaska Omega 100% natural wild Alaskan salmon oil 1000mg from Costco, is that good?

    Probiotic:
    Is the nature's Bounty ultra strength Probiotic 10 good?

    Ginkgo Biloba:
    What dosage?

    Zinc and B12:
    Some comments have mentioned these should also be taken, is that true?
