Walking is good…Brisk walking is better…Brisk walking on incline is best

I Have walked between 30 and 60 minutes a day for years. I still weigh 185 Pounds, with most of the fat in my belly. Walking daily does not result in weight loss.

İ do 1hr walking 5 days a week…not losing weight or a few piubds a month .

Choice #2 is only good if you like circuit training. Otherwise it's subpar at building muscle or burning calories.
I do not recommend HIIT unless you really enjoy it. It's hard on the joints, the benefits are no better than steady state cardio (your typical walking, cycling, swimming, etc.), and the afterburn effect is minimal at only about 10% at best.
Choice #1 is really the best option for most people. Eat healthy at a caloric deficit and engage in steady state cardio like walking or cycling. Try to get at least 10,000 steps a day.

I walk for 45 minutes on my days off, started swimming a mile 4x a week…I eat really good…I have gained 4lbs🙄🙄🙄. I'm just lost!!!
Make sure to not do HIIT if you have any breath or cardio issues
