  1. Sometimes at work I’m not hungry for lunch. Is it ok to skip lunchtime and have dinner? I’m going to sign up for your program. I can’t wait to start!!

  2. Hi Dr Anthony😊 just discovered your channel. You are fantastic , I've been watching your videos for 1 hr. Fantastic information you are providing.❤
I'm over 50 and just discovered that İ have Lipoedema and gad a total thyroidectomy 😢…always been eating clean but keep putting on kilos.
    İ do 1hr walking 5 days a week…not losing weight or a few piubds a month .
My question is what kind of exercice you can recommend fir lipoedema?
Thank you so much for all the valuable information.

    Keep up the good work!

  3. Hello you are great and very helpful
I would like to ask for your suggestions about choosing my weekly program
Iam 55 years old as an master swimmer I swim 2-3 times a week about 3,5km each day
I want to do some dryland workouts at home
What specific workout sof your library do you suggest to choose
Can you please let me know
You have so many great workouts
I do not Know what is the best combination with swimming
My coals are to be healthy strong and increase my metabolism because I am in a menopause phase
Thank you iam looking forward to hear from you

  4. Choice #2 is only good if you like circuit training. Otherwise it's subpar at building muscle or burning calories.

I do not recommend HIIT unless you really enjoy it. It's hard on the joints, the benefits are no better than steady state cardio (your typical walking, cycling, swimming, etc.), and the afterburn effect is minimal at only about 10% at best.

Choice #1 is really the best option for most people. Eat healthy at a caloric deficit and engage in steady state cardio like walking or cycling. Try to get at least 10,000 steps a day.

  5. Omg this was so much fun..I am 51 years young and trying to lose the weight.. lost 15 pounds need to lose ah whole lot more.. but this work out will definitely help.. thanks so very much

  6. Love your channel. Do you have a Fit Grandmother program? I’m thinking there’s lots of baby boomers out here who worked out & lifted (me) when they were a little younger, but now need to get back into it. Thanks!
