White flour is not a correct food and the other stuff are not correct either, I am 65 years old, I train since 6 years of age and started eating inteligently in 1975, I do not eat sugar, artificial foods, industrialized foods and refined cerals since 1975. I was a student of the great Dr, Herbert Shelton and of the great Bernard Jensen. I was also a student of the great Carl Pfeiffer and Hulda Clark. If you don't know who these people were, it is the same as not knowing who Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and Vivaldi were.

You don’t go preaching around methods as if your the expert who wrote all those studies, you share what you’ve read and experienced.
