Can please someone tell me if there is rest time after every set and if we keep the same weight ?
Hi Jeff, many thanks for this beautiful and great video, which has helped me a lot. Warm regards from Uk
Amazing advice!!
For vertical high pulls it would help if someone would shown a back and highlight the area that should be activated when doing that exercise. Please and thank you. Or name it.
I'll try this workout today 💪 😊
Thank you 😊
Sir. What do you think, isn't 10 exercises on 2 muscle groups too much, won't I start burning muscles after 2 hours of exercise.
Your videos about best exercises is really targeting the muscle groups and already after 3 sets of those my muscles are juicy so I can no more press them.
Thanks for sharing, bro! Been needing some new back exercises. 🔥

Jeff is by far the GOAT when it comes to Exercise and Information. I'm so very thankful that I discovered all these YT Videos. Thanks Jeff!
Just did this workout for the first time and, man, loved every minute of it. I didn’t feel like any time was wasted as distractions were at a minimum. I essentially only have an hour a day to workout, to include a run, so this was amazing. Thank you Athlean X Team!
How can you mentally know when you are starting your first effective rep
I did this method and now I am using speech to text just to type.
My friend Dax is the strongest person I know. He’s also the toughest. While also being one of the most determined and dedicated people this world has to offer. I hope you understand with him watching your video it not only add views to your YouTube but value to your life. You may never meet him or formally thank him for the intrinsic value he provides to your life by him watching this video…. But you’ll feel it. I know you feel it. That feeling is my friend Dax.
Is it 3-4 min break between each exercise?
Put the 100 into my routine.
Did the BR 130 for 12, then 5,4,4,3,2,2. Felt the burn during.
After the rest, it was like I did nothing at all. No pump, burn, next day soreness, nothing.
What am I doing wrong here?
Was the same for everything else in this routine.
How come nothing for the lower back ?
Jeff, I love crushing back past 60… abs will follow… concentration on abs isn’t the driving force.
How many sets per each exercise?
Compared to his video posted 8 years ago, his face is still the same…. Amazing. He's not aging at all
I love your 100 series. But there is one thing i dont get. What is the benefit of doing barbell rows in the ignition set and change to barbell dead rows for effective reps? Thought about it months but i still dont get it so i keep doing barbell rows also for the effective reps.
I'd gotten used to your Spanish voice. I feel like you were dubbed into English incorrectly.
1:18 said lats twice
You can see every fiber in the traps he's in great shape he should donate his body to science😊
Ok, I woke up after starting doing Kettleballs, fir roght elbow pain. I could not hardly walk, my right hip is hurting. So, at 82 owvwhat???
I was trying this today at the gym and someone asked how many sets I had left.
Looked them in the eyes and said “I ask Jesus that after each one”
Great video as always
Does anyone know how should I do these exercises: one per day or combine them by groups? For example, Day 1: Chest and Arms.
