  1. What is your opinion of enclomiphene? Some doctors prescribe to patients as it acts as a estrogen antagonist in the HT, and leads to increased FSH and LH with the end goal as serving as TRT replacement. However, there are some studies that show enclomiphene can lower IGF-1. Do you think this lowering of IGF-1 is a bad thing? Some say it may be beneficial as anti-cancer. It appears that although it may lower igf1, it would still be in the normal range. Would be interested if you did a video on this.

  2. Look at Vitamin C levels! I'm convinced most people are in a state of near-scurvy most of the time. You can't make good cell walls without it, it's necessary for every organ in the body.

  3. Yes, interesting. I am looking for direct and indirect means of control. In the past my blood pressure was somewhat elevated and I tried various *pril medications. They literally were blinding as they caused visual migraines. My current blood pressure is better at 120/80 due a rather low carb diet and a host of supplements. I take no medications from pharma. Now given my age, I have concerns about muscle mass.

  4. Synthroid prevents the conversion, and the thyroid itself may do poor conversion that's why they are on medicine especially if having autoimmune thyroiditis. Synthroid prevent deiodinase enzymes from causing conversion.

  5. I'm just looking into IGF myself and have three blood test results so far. As a 60 yo female I was thrilled with a 185 and 180, up from 158 before I started lifting heavier. I feel there must be a correlation. As always, your detailed analysis and spread sheet work are amazing. Inspirational. Wow! Thank you!

  6. I think I understand u. I started aging rapidly, my tsh shot up to 3.67?from 1.65 dont know my t3 level, according to your video it must be low? I look like I did a facelift. I also dropped 47 lbs at that point, heart related stays high98 give or take.bp low usally under 100

  7. After cancer treatments, I am hypothyroid. Was given Synthroid which enlarged my thyroid and made me sick, so I self stopped Synthroid. I don't notice any effects and have remained stable for at least three years. My newer Doctor lets it remained as: Stable.
Can I request a reply? Are you in Connecticut?

  8. Very interested in second part of your results. First lab a month ago showed low T3 (73) for first time. I'm 71 I've been keto for 4 years. Your new results have me concerned regarding mortality. My recent CAC score was zero.
