  1. The directors apology was pathetic. He has no regret over the man’s death caused by his agency but of course everyone is “sorry that the officer got shot”. He needs to be fired he’s a disgrace.

  2. He isn't sorry. None of 'em are sorry.
Not the federal nor the local agents who raided her home and murdered her husband in cold blood, in the name of serving a search warrant.

    The ATF keeps fuckin' up.
And they keep getting away with it.

  3. The second the ATF put tape on Malinowski doorbell camera, this operation became an organized, premeditated, criminal assassination op.

Every single LEO involved in this raid should be charged with First Degree Muder and prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of that law.

  4. It was an execution with prejudice. IT WAS A SEARCH WARRANT THAT CAN BE SERVED AT ANY TIME. It was premeditated muder in the first degree, period. Qualified immunity vanished the moment no body cameras were worn and tape placed over residents door camera. It was NOT a NO KNOCK warrant.
