I want you to experiment making curd,you are african, you know cassava flour called as Gari.
It's a summer and people want to drink curd.
You purchase one liter of milk add one liter water and boil it.
Let it cool. You take some fruit crunch like dried grapes 🍇, add in pot and mix curd mixture to make curd. Keep over night to settle.
Experiment is either you add 10 gm of cassava flour or 20 gm to obtain thickness of curd. Cassava flour will make it thick.
This you will know by daily practice.
Don't add cassava flour at the time of boiling milk ,it will destroy flavour of curd.
We will have very good fruit curd.
People who are homeless they can make curd without boiling milk, just add one smaller curd bottle.
Curd must be thick to eat.
If it's successful then show to others.

I hate to break it to people, Walmart isn’t cheaper. Might be cheaper than Target but both are expensive when trying to stay on budget. It’s getting to the point where Amazon is cheaper than both.
