I wonder how many people in this country has had an affair with someone. SINCE WHEN IS IT THE GOVERNMENTS BUSINESS if someone has an affair or Not. If the government can prosecute Trump for having an affair, does that mean they can prosecute YOU for having an affair. It's NONE of the GOVERNMENT'S BUSINESS who has an affair and weather anything was given to hush that affair up. If someone didn't want their wife or husband knowing that they had an affair I'm sure that there would have been agreements made between the parties involved.
