90/90 definitely a challenge for knees…using your videos and Upright health to strengthen muscles around knees and overcome knee pain
Thanks this stretch routine is so helpful 😎👍
Hi josh. Great videos. I do the follow along for at least 4 of them in a row for one hour and its super helpful. Side note: when I do the firt strech and the pigeon, I am able to do them, but my right side (butt, gluteus or pyriform I fo not konw for sure) does finish sore and not well as the left side. Not HURT, but like noticeable for a long time. Any thoughts about it? I will apprecciatte. Sorry my bad english. Im from argentina. I am a 46 YO triathlete. Tks in advance. Great work
Jesus loves you❤
Not beg
Iam a 60yo who's had open heart surgery to replace a valve 10 years ago. I've never really got my range of motion back and seem to be getting worse with age. This sort of stuff seems to be reversing things somewhat
it is nice that you make pauses before and after the exercise as well as enjoy the stretch a bit longer yourself. translates some of that joy you experience. In this routine you focus on the most relevant parts but a full-body stretch might also be a hit.
The preszel is making my right hip pop – shold i leave it or not make so much contact with the ground?
The first one is waaayyyy to say for me. Next… LOL!
I’m gonna start this routine every day, put a comment to check for future flexibility gains
For the hamstring stretch could you suggest a modification for those like me who can’t keep the knee straight when we bend forward? The modification I’ve been using is to bend the knee a bit and concentrate on getting the spine straight when bending forward, to get a hamstring and calf stretch.
Thank you! ❤️
This whole stretch routine was amazing!! My hips have never felt this good. Definitely coming back to this one since I have lots to improve😅
really good workout, slow the speed if you need too!
Damn man, this is a total cure for me. Thanks.
Awesome contribution to my old fartitis. I can't get off the floor. Can one of you guys call the fire dept😂
I thank Life for Strength Side .. may Life forever bless Strength Side as Strength Side forever blesses Life..
Are there long pants/sweats that you can recommend – durable and comfortable for strength and flexibility training ??
66 years, female w strong arthritis in hands & feet, but sill unwilling to surrender…: Very very cool! ❤ thanks so much!
Thank you very much for the stretches l have been suffering from the back problem for long time but now pain has reduced.may God bless you abundantly.
Dude!! Beginners?? Seriously?
I love this so much! Thank you! ❤❤❤ Im gonna be your super duper fan!😬
Great!!
Thank you @strengthside
I hope you can repost this same routine thats more of an actual follow along
The context explanations and all are great but its really making it not a follow along
That was great! Thanks!
These all felt like stretches I need to do every day, maybe even twice… I've spent 20 years learning how to hold my body upright under load, with zero emphasis on making it able to move freely afterwards… Time to fix some of that… Thanks for leading us through these!
Good stretch! Yes, I've gotten stiff. I noticed your bike, it is a bit small.
Love you stretching with strength exercise. Have knee issues, by it does not stop me from trying. Thank you Josh.😍😍
Great video to follow along. I am doing these stretch routines 3x weekly, but not extent in video. Noticed rotation and flexibility improvement. Thank you.I
13:28 SHEESH!
I thoroughly enjoyed this..am slowly getting back into my workout routine and this is the best place to start from..🎉
Amazing – thank you! Even just sitting down in a chair to log my mobility afterward felt noticeably different!!
Excellent
This is is exactly what I was looking for. You saved my range of motion. I’m 5 weeks post op breast augmentation and I’m stiff as a board an I thought there was nothing on here. But I found you and I’m saved. I can do all of these poses except for the chest muscle flex for example the downward dog. Thank you handsome flexibility beardy stud. Yum yum so delicious
the best follow i have ever made in my life day 2 and going amazing!!! relaxing is imprtant!!
I will give you thousands of thumbs up 😂🤣😂🤣😂
Absolutely great. I am a physiotherapist and all the things you are telling are just right. Love it and recommend your videos to my patients.
Tried this for the first time this morning and it was delicious… The bretzle and the pigeon are particularly good for my sciatic pain and stiffness
I really do like your videos and I hope to get to a place to do these. But honestly this is NOT a beginners video for someone that has been very sedentary and stiff for the past couple years. I think I need to find something that is way more simplistic to start with before I can truly do these. I don't have the flexibility or strength to get in the position and hold. 🙁
If we have extra tight areas I guess do two minutes? I find most of these pretty easy but my hams and calves are very tight.
Thanks brother ! 💪
That was amazing, thank you.
Omg. I am so tight…
Pigeon down, pigeon down and cant get up😁
Really nice movements. I can't wait to try the Bretzel. Many thanks for the videos. Thumbs Up!
