  1. You do two rounds in this video. Or is "2 of each" considered to be "1 round"? Then mention "If you can, do 3 more". That's a total of 4 that you're recommending? or 8? I'm a little confused what a "round" is.

  2. My right quad is totally locked up when I walk lately from lack of stretching and still working out.
I’m going to give this a honest go daily 3 rounds and I’ll see how it goes.
Loved the first session so far

  3. Wow really impressive I have done this exercise for a month and a half and I see great changes.i feel less stiff..more flexible I really feel and look different thank you so much for this workout

  4. doing these plus horse stance 45 seconds- 1 minute (1 set), downward dog 1 minute (2 sets), hang 1 minute (1 set). i have very tight hamstrings and hip flexors and a bad back. Do you guys think this is a good start?

  5. I am doing these so I can sit on my knees for jiu jitsu. Its great that I can finally touch my butt with my soles although very lighlty. Thank you for the video! I follow along and dont need to use my timer

  6. In the first excercise i thought: ou thats a tough stretch when i move my knee back to the wall. Then i noticed im supposed to move my other foot in front and the knee up. Me looking up stretches isnt a coincidence – but holy mother of god. I insta-cramped in the foot and the leg right after. Guess i gotta put in some work for a couple of weeks.

  7. Dude, it hurt so good that I also turned a little Australian to say subscribe with an accent. The title was perfect for this video; it caught my attention. Keep up the good work guys.

  8. I struggled with pain around my right knee cap for more than 6 months. After everything run or walk I felt discomfort. After trying these stretches for a week and I don’t have any discomfort. Thanks for the video
