Do you think color matters? The United States military is able to detect any color submarine. The yellow could be North Koreas ballsy mentality and also a sign of how poor they are but portray themselves to be such a financially stable country. They might have thought it would be money spent on painting it a neutral color pointless because of our ability to spot any color submarine. It worked they were able to get a yellow submarine close enough to the American mainland. So as dumb as it might seem look where it made it before they got to intervene. It could also be testing our military’s capabilities on protecting our coastlines. If they were able to get this close before being detected and stopped they might feel now that a neutral color submarine could make it closer dive deep and idle.

This is a old WW2 sub used for sub training, it's remote controlled so they painted it yellow to be able to find it if lost of course with other ways of finding it , but it is not a North Korea sub , this channel has such bull on it
