Living in the middle Pacific, my opinion is that shark numbers have increased , steadily other the last 5 years, more aggressive than 30 years ago, problem is they are aggressive and attracted, to small boats, hammerhead in numbers I have seen are frightening, this( canoe fishing, for clicks), the shark is being trained, to approach.
So be aware, in shallow water, and get savy, these fish are big, and powerful , menstruation swimmers, are in greatest danger, with dolphin and shark, shark can smell up to 2 miles, and cover that distance to source very fast, remember they are the cleaners of the sea,
And doing there purpose, 1940 shark was very aware of sinking ships, and became a problem, jaws 1 tells the facts, about one ship in particular, for me , I never go near the beach, 😮 also jaws has condition me a lot
