  2. Hey, very interesting stuff here. But did you give Baker Henistole's stuff a chance? The routine that's recommended there can get you a chiseled, flat chest in weeks, as long as you do one simple thing every day. Go’ogle it, btw, it’s NOT 100-‘s of pushups per day, no worries lol

  3. I use the seated chair dip and I get great pumps. Drop sets, power sets ( adjusting the handle wider or narrow) and partial rep which stimulates the balls out of my chest and triceps. Lean forward and 90degree arms for chest with head down and feet crossed under seat or properly seated for mainly triceps. Great exercise

  4. Training to failure doesn’t build more muscle. Those videos are old and so are those ideas. Mike was a monster and a great contributor to the community but the studies today contradict some of the insights shared in this video.

  5. That's interesting. Did I understand correctly that I'll be doing one set with one super intense repetition per muscle group and then rest sufficiently? But what exactly does 'sufficient rest' mean? 48 hours? In that case, a full-body workout three times a week might be the best approach.

  6. My Brother and Sisters

We don't know the Hour of Our Death But we must be Prepare to avoid Hell. Accepting Jesus as Your saviour and Believe The Gospel. Jesus Died on The Cross to pay the Ransom from our sins. What's preventing From not accepting Jesus?

    Romans 10:9-11

9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 11As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.

  7. I find resistance bands very helpful and better when wanting to avoid injuries ever since i switched from weights to resistance bands i havent had any pain or injuries especially in my lower back since i have scoliosis…i love bands they havent decreased my muscle gains and most gym machines and barbells limit u on how deep u can go but with bands they dont and i can workout at different angles im not limited by the dumbells or machines 😊

  8. @athlean-x I use all of your 100 series exercises and have done for a while. I have seen really good progress, but I am starting to get the feeling I am overtraining (especially considering this video). What is your advice for people still following the 100 series. Can you do an update to these?

  9. Dips really hurt the middle of my chest and it feels like it's tearing my chest and my heart is abt to pop out so maybe it's my form but i'd like to know how to fix that

  10. I do my dips with a cable machine. All uou do is simply pistion yourself in the machine so a dip can be performed. Grab the cable handles and push down and slightly in. Great great movement. Better than tractional dips!

  11. We can see he is using the old nautilus gym gear. Any comment on that. I’m not sure if it was really effective or Arthur Jones was just a great salesman

  12. I don't think you're totally explaining that this is a skilled movement and if you have a heavy body weight or if you're new to weight training you can't just jump in on it. It's a picture waiting to happen for someone who's not ready for it. that's why I'm astonished you like the bench press so much too they need huge warm-ups
