  1. He forgot to mention how the elbow in pulldowns can activate resisted bicep extension on the way up and moderate contraction on the way down.. meanwhile also activating the lower head of the lats. 👀

  2. What about behind the head? I did them that way prior to and in the Marine Corps. Seems you can work all by switching between wide grip, narrow grip, over hand, underhand, straight up and leaning back. Entire workout on one machine.
