I noticed, sit ups only hurts my back and doesn't do much for my abs. The ab wheel and hollow body hold is where it's really at. Hurts like hell but in a good way.
So what is it called when you’re on your back like that and you’re doing VS but you keep your legs up in the air, but you move the top of your body to go up to your knees what is that technique called cause I’m trying to find the workout for it, and I cannot find it anywhere and I’ve only seen one person do it And have never seen it since so I’m very curious on what it’s called because it’s worked so well for me and I just viewed it from somebody’s story. I’m just curious on what it’s called.❤😂
