  1. There was something that Lisa said to another woman on her show Woman of Impact which was Evy Poumpouras and Lisa said to her that she does things in extremes her example wasn't dieting though – it was shivering out of her balcony in her bra and underwear trying to sharpen her mind because she heard or understood you think clearly when you are in cold climates well she did it in extreme at first she felt alive, her mind was sharper until she came down with a bad cold and had to stop it and then Evy jumped in half way into the conversation saying that wasn't the way to do it and how you gradually build it up, first time five minutes, another time ten minutes you gradually build up your resistance and that particular episode gave me one of those 0pera Winfrey "ahha" moments and then I realised why diets I've gone on never stuck. I mean, I've done slimming world mostly and then I did the Cambridge diet and although I enjoyed making the shakes like when I was busier and I'd do it to get to work but obviously when I fainted at work the ambulance didn't like that two of my lines which they monitored my heart lines on the screen were not beeping up and down and I was low on potassium, so I came off it but I had the weight losses but now I think make something a habit every day, just one thing, it doesn't have to be much, because I said to myself what am I really doing to loose weight? So I started eating smaller portions for a dinner on a smaller plate plus it tricks the brain into thinking you're having enough but if I break the pattern, if I don't put my food on that plate it won't be habit forming and I told myself that this is something I want to get used to but I can only have what fits comfortably on my plate and I think that's how I'm going to have to do it, and I'm not going on the scales either but gradually introducing things into my life a little at a time just by making them habit forming so I don't get overwhelmed and start telling myself that it's too much and I'm putting too much pressure on myself because the attitude of I'll show such and such only works for a short time because then I start to think I should be doing this for myself not anyone else.

  2. I have been on deit for over 7 months but now I have wanna quit it cz I have noticed that its leading me to constant diet and binge cycle I observed I was better when I wasn't dieting. now I don't understand how to come out of it without gaining weight. I'm soo mentally depressed I have lost 20 kg in last year and I don't want to gain it back. That thought scares me .the only thing that keeps me bothering is that people treat you like human when you look slim.😔 I diet for 6 days in week but on seventh I m literraly binging over food soo much that on Monday my stomach is still unstable and I couldn't eat anything .

  3. I have been on paleo for over year and I never felt restricted… On the contrary I enjoy eating natural food and I don't feel addicted to sugar at all anymore so when I see a cake it just doesn't trigger me. I stopped cigarette the same way…

  4. Marisa, I have been watching you for one week or so and I am doing better with what you have been saying! You have a unique way of seeing things. I really appreciate you! Stay healthy!
