the corny controversy of the you know who people trying to tell us what we can and cannot see in game…This game was just bad to me in the demo's…I think it's honestly a 6-7 but the arguments made it a 9.
However since when are other adults allowed to tell us what we are allowed to view? Stop trying to force me to live your life, Iike looking at beautiful woman just like how women like looking at beautiful men.
There are exceptions to this pedophilia and etc…we all agree that shit is wild
The mechanics are not deep and you spend 60% of this game opening doors really slowly, standing around doing nothing/riding elevators, waiting for a attack to prescriptively parry. I usually like your reviews but this game is bad bro. 30 dollars with the cutscenes removed then we have a little curio. Retail price it is a cash grab where the run time is inflated with mindless fluff.
This game is forever etched in my heart. Never had this kind of experience in decades. Some might even say there are games before and after divided by Stellar Blade and I agree.
Playing with Korean voices and English subs solves that repetitive scream you talk about. I actually prefer their personalities in Korean, except for Lily, who just sounds like an anime/final fantasy girl (probably because that's what she looks like)
Something tells me this game is as much about the sequel as it is itself. Possibly could turn into a franchise so the game has played it safe on its first outing. This definitely looks worth playing because of the style of the visuals and the appeal of the kind of gameplay. It's in my backlog now but I think I will hold on for a pre-owned copy when the price drops a bit.
This is my first PS5 game that i replayed more than 4 times entire story. But I think we should not play this game as we are humans. This game is about an AI machine called Eve, helping a group of other AI machines (Xion citizens) on those side quests, slaughtering many human beings along the way, and eventually kill or remove the last human being (Adam) and the machines won with no human left on Earth whichever 3 endings you choose. And Earth will be just filled with AI machines. This is our end of the world event.
I don't know…I certainly don't have any issues with the sexuality aspect, I mean, I grew up playing the original Tomb Raider games, but something about this game…she just doesn't seem to fit with the environment. Like shiny, clean perfect vinyl in an otherwise dingy/ rustic/ post-apocalyptic environment? I would expect her to look more like Mad Max and in some tight/ holy rugged leathers, or jeans. She looks like she belongs in a utopia setting, and not a ruined one. To me, believability is everything anymore. The character needs to look like they fit into that environment. Not like she just got out of the shower, dolled herself up and threw on some clubbing outfit, for a night out in a futuristic town. About the most dystopic I can see her look working in, is in Cyberpunk. Where there's still some measure of sterility/ cleanliness. At least in the richer districts.
There is some kind of personal agenda from this "THAT'S TOO SEXY, TOO IN YOUR FACE!"
It's pitiful we give attention to these people that want to tear down others. IN GENERAL these ideal bodies, ideal relationships, ideal housing, ideal community, ideal clothing, ideal commute.
IMO definitely buy—regardless of whether you play it now or later on sale. Taking into account all the praise around the game — it’s a PS5 exclusive…despite Rebirth what other single player games are you gonna play that aren’t 3rd party games you can play anywhere else? If you’re going to just play cross platform 3rd party games—might as well play it on PC or Xbox it’s more consumer friendly there to play those games. Now if playing a hot android babe isn’t your thing then it’s simply not the game for you.
I have a 4090 and ps5 and prefer playing games on my pc obviously the performance on games like this and Jedi survivor really takes away from the enjoyment its so unsmooth

Let's be real, is this game fan service? Yes

100% buy when it comes to PC
I need to replay this in English. I played it in Korean and had subtitles on the first time I played.

I couldn’t care less about what the main character looks like.
If the gameplay I’m good I’m in.
I feel like it depends on how down bad you are

ShiftUp are phone game developers. This was their first console game.
2024 GOTY
This game was fantastic. Solid mechanics
"I envision two sides to this, those who will play the game and everyone else."
Most accurate description of Twitter rage nonsense ever.

Incredible achievement.
I'm sipping some chocolate milk as I type this comment.
I absolutely love this game

8:15 I mean I would hope. The robot is being controlled by Adam, a human 😂
Did you say Jamie Lee Foxx?
Poor Adam has been reduced to Guilty Spark.
Wait… What did you say?
I played that game for 30 minutes and couldn't bear that schlock anymore. I didn't even buy it, got the disc for free but traded it in the same day.
Can this game be played one-handed? Asking for a friend.
Did I just hear Jamie Lee Foxx?
Buy!
Traitor boss fight >
I didn't feel the combat until I beat the first boss. Then I was like….ok I get it. Can't wait to see how it evolves.
For a studio first real console game its really good
Aside from some platforming sections, it's a solid solid good game

The game is really good and playing the unpatched version. The game plays perfectly even without updates.
this game needs a horde mode

The first thing I said was “Nier: automata redressed”.
I agree completely, perfect review
Reminds me a lot of Nier Automata. Going to pick this up.
Agree, is worth gettin…..on sale. Waiting.
Damn right it’s worth getting. Still can’t believe ign gave it a 7 . What a shame.
Really solid and tight review my dude. I subscribed and looking forward to more 🍿
Great release, especially at such a slow time of the year. Visuals are great, combat is challenging, feels cinematic. Great time.
Dmc? Nothing about it feels or looks like dmc.
Looks good to be frank

Why did you take down your Harold Halibut review?
