  1. I can do some average calisnethic exercises, a few reps of ordinary push-ups 5-10(Maybe 12), squats, lunges, archer lunges, explosive squats and lunges, the shoulder thingy (I DONT REMEMBER THE NAME😅), and partial pull-ups. I know right, pretty average frfr I'm 12.
