  1. Standing side crunch defo looks great and the twisting whilst back chopping, also great. Full range of movement. Raising knee good. All for max flexibility. Then the duck side punch nice. I like most of these. Every day I train for 2 hours. 6am to 8am in The Gym Group. Awesome place. Be trying some of these tomorrow.
