Most beginners do this because they're nervous and don't know how to control their power. And also because their coach failed to properly prepare them for full contact sparring.
My first sparring match I got packed but after that I wasent afraid of the punches and started gettin better and now I have improved where I’m not scared of the punches at all
I hate sparring with the with the newbies because most of them after you land one hit they just start to see red and crash out and then you KO them💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
In karate, we did a light sparring session, and I was with the newbie. He was completely different from his Shotokan karate style, so I punched him in the stomach and he stopped.
I never went on boxing but shadowboxed and hit walls for a long time, this lazy routine goes just randomly during a day, so I get to throw hands and never get tired or use time on it. Fists calcufied, can hit a wall very very loud, enough to make all neighbours jump. Knocked out a couple of bullies even with light punches, just check hook stuff. But I've played esportive games a lot, and I know that people save plenty of skill transitioning between games, same in sports, if a guy is in a killer shape, he definitely might throw nice haymakes spams ;DD
I was literally sparing a big chunky kid and the coches say put the mouth guard on and says to us only body spar and only use lead hands so im like ok 👍 and next thing u know the chunky kid is just hooking my body and i was confused and he had his guard down and there qere literally so many times i could get him in the head 😭🙏
Yeah, there’s no focus, just raw force, that’s all a beginner knows, mostly a ton of throwing haymakers, and nothing orthodox or even telegraphed is in their range of skills, it’s like button mashing on your first day hoping it does something.
if you’re good at fighting you don’t lose to beginners or else you aren’t good.
The worst is the one who turns around after a couple punches
Just happened today lol 😂😂 told him to go slowly and then increase pace. Bro tried this , he dislocated his shoulder 😂😂
