  1. 3:14 In Eddie Guerrero's book, he details the car accident he was in, where he was ejected out of the T top of his car during a high speed roll over crash. Professional wrestlers are drilled heavily in break falls as part of their training, and he describes how when he initially landed from falling however far he flew into the air, his body just instinctively tucked his head and rolled like he did in in his training to break the initial fall. He was still in a body cast for months, but he said that skill probably saved his life that night.

  2. Hey adam, idk if you ever heard of it but there's an anime called kenichi the first disciple. Its pretty cool. A kid wants to learn martial arts, its a bit silly, but i feel like the teachings it has are solid. Id love to see your take on what it teaches. I think its on hulu. Only 2 seasons a quick watch.

  3. This video was the excuse I needed to finally add jumprope to my training. Ngl its been a ton of fun so far, even if my progress so far has mainly been in leveling up from aggressively terrible to simply bad.

  4. BIONEER-Have you produced a video on THE MUSCULAR SUBSYSTEMS? Four long chains of muscles and fascia comprise the subsystems. Anterior (contralateral push), Posterior (contralateral pull), Lateral (side step and swing or frisbee throw movement), and Deep Longitudinal (contralateral one leg RDL) subsystems. My warmups always include the four basic expressions of these movements under a light load. Something important everyone should know about .

  5. Ok, you got me. Not with rhis video but your content. I was looking for something new. My body need is. Especially lahko of mobility in ancles and hips. It is not bad but it should be better. Love your content. Will buy your functional training 2. I hope it will give me something.

    Bg, from slovenia.

  6. once again.
Protect this man at all costs.

This channel has been such a treasure over the years and he never fails to deliver quality content and the right approach to fitness.

    Thank you

  7. I inline skate and practicing falls of all kinds, with and without the skates is quite fun and it feels like I can react better to falls, or at least avoid doing panicky moves. Starting by slowly dropping to the floor and gradually adding speed and experimenting with the inertia to land nicely is fun on its own 🙂

  8. I love the hybrid trifecta of teachers & skills that have emerged in the last few years on this channel. It also reminds me that I need to do better at connecting with movement trainers and specialists, to inspire whatever the next evolution will come to be

  9. Old martial arts forms were really great for teaching the body different ways to move and train flexibility and co-ordination tai chi and kung fu forms train the body in very unique ways. Obstacle course running is very good like Spartan Races .Rock Climbing or Bouldering also. And then there is crossfit if you learn the skills and not just do modified workouts. Crossfit has some unique skills which can be fun to learn, Coming and doing then WOD only not as helpful. Fitness has endless possibilities and pathways. Love your videos.

  10. There are some big people with heart problems, especially muscular ones, because their heart can't keep up with pumping blood to their body. What are the most effective methods supported by research for strengthening the heart to prevent failure and improve overall cardiovascular health?

  11. awesome video as always! right now for skill training I am focusing on Jumping rope. I am not very good at it…really all I can do right now is the straight ahead vanilla style but I've gotten to over 200 skips without stopping so it's getting there. I've tried the lizard crawl a bit but I am planning to get more serious about that one very soon. i like it. it's uncomfortable and difficult to do so yeah do it more!

  12. why i havent seen the bioneer use rope flow is baffeling to me but oh well.. and landmine university and tim from way of the rope are two who come to mind with wecks.peincipals aplied to the landmine.. gamechanger

  13. I've been doing movement/flow/primal training for several months and I've gotta say it's one of the best things I've ever done for my body. The benefits are endless. My flexibility, mobility, and strength increased significantly. It's fun, engaging, and challenges you in different ways. Because of it I got interested in enhancing my balance so I got a wobble board which you can get for like $15. Getting better at skills over time while also gaining more control over your body and developing neglected tendons/muscles/ways of moving is extremely satisfying. I highly recommend checking out someone like Movement Parallels Life if you're looking to this way of training. It's worth it.

  14. A few other things I'd add: clubbells and macebells; dancing; bouldering; swimming. Could also add aerials/gymnastics, qigong, yoga..

Adam, I dunno if you'd ever be interested in getting into all of these other disciplines, but I'd love to see your perspective on them if you ever do!

  15. Thanks so much! (as always). One type of athletic performance you’ve never touched on is dance. Maybe you should be on the lookout for a dancer to collaborate with… Whether it’s brakedance or ballet, it would definitely be cool to have that perspective 🤓
