  1. Hello I just wanted to comment that I really liked the video the information was very good and sound advice, it is something that can be followed. Its about changing the way we eat and think and making it a part of our lifestyle.

  2. I have an apple with peanut butter as my first meal of the day. And a sandwich at lunch. My dinner usually has way too many calories, or I snack at night and blow it . I need help please! Thx so much, Jackie

  3. Thanks for yr amazing advice Dr. I’ve been doing yr over 50s full body weights workout twice a week until I cracked my rib 3 weeks ago. I’ve just started again with lower reps but you’ve honestly given me confidence after I became weak after many breast cancer operations. I now feel confident and getting stronger all the time. Sorry I can’t afford to join but a heart felt and sincere thank you for your YouTube channel. You make a difference in my life 🌞

  4. Hi I've just found you. I'm spending the evening setting up my weight training regime. I've been doing this eating strategy since I met my husband who does it naturally. I have overnight oats with frozen berries, peanut butter and honey or yoghurt frozen berries, seeds and honey for breakfast. Wholemeal pitta with chicken or egg salad inside for lunch with a piece of fruit. On Fridays we always have a 'cheat meal'. Thanks for your advice. By the way, I'm not a Mum!

  5. 10am – protein shake with frozen avocado, frozen kale, chia seeds, cacao, maca powder, MCT oil – keeps me full for ages.
    11am-12pm – workout
1pm – salad with smoked salmon and / or eggs, sprinkled with nuts/seeds, dressing with oil and mayo
5-6pm – sometimes repeat same as lunch but often stuck for ideas as we are living in a small van and I don't have very good kitchen facilities. If I have time I may throw some things into a slow cooker.

  6. My issue isn't the planning it's my life and schedule. I have had meals packaged and can't eat one or two because I'm in meet all day. Or I have to take my kids to travel ball so I can bring my food and can't drink water that I need because I can't keep taking restroom breaks on the road. What to do?

  7. I really like Dr. Balduzzi's idea to have standardized meals that are ready in advance. When I'm stressed or don't have time, I always make poor food choices and eat badly. But with the go-to-meals, I won't have to think and can just have healthy food. I'm also going to check out your link above for the free meal plan to get some inspiration. Thanks for the helpful video!
