Can't belive what you said about the DSP interview. He never debunked anything, except coming with the 'trust me bro". As other mentioned, if you give him the easy go, you'll lose every respect anybody ever had for you and your work. The whole Internet knows what a pos he is, how come you don't? Absolutely disagree with your take on showing your face when talking to someone when they give you the information regarding Phil. That scammer has a history of doxxing his own fans. Do you really think he won't try to do the same to his detractors if he had the chance? No one wants another PWDubs incident. You have the been shown hours of evidence showing Phil for what he is don't fall for his pignosis. "Never happened" isn't debunking anything. Do not let him dictate your interview.

Nintendo and Sakurai have 2 different philosophies when it comes to guest characters. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, you only have Nintendo characters from their most marketable IP such as Zelda and Animal Crossing, and that's simply designed to get more people to buy Mario Kart. It's wise to use your DLC to sell your software, because the DLC itself is worth pocket change to Nintendo. I don't think Mario Kart is ever going to feature Samus, Fox or Fire Emblem character for example because it wouldn't make a difference in sales, unless they get a sales surge like Splatoon has.

I am not happy it's taken them this long to add new characters. Maybe they should have done that once Mario Kart Tour came out; you get a MK8 reward for downloading Tour. It's also anyone's guess what's in store for Mario Kart 9 and how long we're going to wait for it.
