  1. Creatine didn´t do shit for me. No increase in strength, no added muscle volume, it only made me go for the toilette 10 times a day. Guess I am non-responsive to it, kinda sucks

  2. To be fair I don’t understand the whole “it’s not a steroids because your body produces it” when testosterone is produced in your body but if you take TRT your considered taking steroids? Don’t get me wrong obviously creatine isn’t a steroid but when people say that statement or anything close to it, it creates a lot of nuance.

  3. Hey, i just wanna ask, does taking creatine with other supplements bad? Like i am taking some supplements(Fitsolutions) and i saw people saying that creatine help building my physique but im kinda reluctant since im scared it may combine with the supplements.
