My coach also made us do this, and if u wanna make it a lil harder you can also lay down and then sit up and stand again while setting.
Then i keep setting the ball too low and too close to me instead of the other side of the court
I was setting to the wall one of those short set drills and the ball hit my face 💀
Is this try outs
Are they going to make us do that for volleyball tryout?

How their ball bounced when they barely touch the ball. I can’t seem to find to correct my form no matter how. 😭😭
Do you have to do this at volleyball tryouts
Is that miss Hendershot?
We do that at volleyball camp
Setting a volleyball is an essential skill for any volleyball player, requiring a combination of strength, accuracy, and finesse. The goal is to direct the ball to a teammate, typically the middle blocker or outside hitter, in a position where they can attack or score a point. A well-set ball should have the right amount of pace, angle, and trajectory to make it difficult for the opposing team to defend. To set a volleyball effectively, a player must first read the defense and identify the opening they want to exploit. They then use their forearms or platform to push the ball upwards and forward, using their legs and core to generate power and control. A great set can be the difference between a team's success or failure, making it a crucial aspect of the game.
haha we did this drill at our practice all the time😂
The fact that the coach forgot her name😭😭💀
Handled that like Queens👸👑
Any tips on how to get the ball to go straight? Like any accuracy tips? I want to be a setter, but my sets never go straight.
Wat can I use since I lack a ball for setting
